Things that make me smile: an eleven year old’s Easter offering: bunnies!
These are so cute!!
(because they are not Australian Killer Rabbits)
URg! Daughter woke us at 4 AM in tears. Her computer was making a loud, strange noise and wouldn’t shut off. Getting up, all the clocks were flashing and my computer had rebooted. Got up to her room and her machine (G5 Tower) was running all fans on high, ready for take off. She’d tried shutting down but didn’t know the trick of holding power button in for 10 secs. Explained that the storm blowing around us (lightning and blowing rain) had caused the power flicker and that had confused the computer. Once she was able to associate the storm with the computer messed up, she was able to empathize with it and told it it would be ok. She then to bed and right to sleep. Wish I could go back to sleep like that.
I am going to spend an awful long time staring at this tonight.
Sister, can you get these in the States?
If not I some will mail to you. They are nicer than the creme egg- although I realise not everyone thinks like me.
Curse them.

The guy in the grocery store was asking me where the rainbow was… thanks for letting me know Mstr Brss!
(via juliasegal)What movie is this from? I’ve seen it, about 20 years ago, but browsing titles doesn’t bring it up.
I think it’s Don’t Look Now but I’m not sure.
I was thinking of a college movie (not Animal House), where there’s student protests, trashing administration offices, etc. But Don’t Look Now sounds cool!
Gilmoure, have you not seen Don’t Look Now?? You really should- it’s a great movie. Although it scares me.
